@thegreatgonzo yep, sounds like BT will do that for you, if you are with them - talking to Plusnet, sounds like they *won’t* do that for you at this time 🤷‍♂️ this might change or be wrong. Does highlight the issue though that for elderlies, in power cuts, losing their comms is going to be tricky
