@sarah_bloch @MarcSettle I’d make sure that the interviewee was on a device without anything else running, ie on a laptop say, do a fresh reboot and then start Skype only, switch off video cameras at both ends, ensure others aren’t sucking up the bandwidth - but also Skype may not be the best choice?
