@thegreatgonzo yes, but operators can decide on some of the spec and supplier (in conjunction with the leasing company) - so comfy seats, tables, sockets, windows aligned to seats, proper windows, ideally not engines under every coach, WiFi (yawn), lots of bike spaces etc
